A profile picture (either
in jpg format or an ordinary coloured photograph) is all we need
to transform a face into a wooden silhouette plaque which can be
seen for generations to come.
The top picture illustrated shows the oval plaque
with a silhouette in Swiss pear wood and an ash wood surround. The
square plaque has a ripple sycamore silhouette and the surround
is in burr oak.

Placing an order
Download and complete the order form below. Return this form together
with your profile photograph and a cheque made payable to ‘the
one and only gift company’ in a ‘do not bend’
envelope. We shall return your photograph with your plaque within
5-6 weeks from receipt of completed order. Please ensure that you
write your name and address on the back of the sent photograph but
please do NOT press too hard when writing as it may spoil the reprint.
NB. If you are using a digital photo this can be emailed
(jpg format) to sales@theoneandonlygiftcompany.co.uk.

What do I need to do?
First choose your woods – how a combination of woods can give
a totally different look, maybe a modern look is yours – try
Swiss pear and sycamore, or a more traditional combination is ebony
and burr oak. You have a great choice!
Then decide on whether you would like the traditional
oval (16cms in length) or the square (16cms)
Lastly take a clear profile photograph and then place
the order. It is important to have a clear, in focus photograph
as this will determine the quality of the silhouette
